| Youth Competition
The Bluegrass WIA Youth Programs focus on serving low income youth with multiple barriers in order to gain employment and/or a post secondary education. The WIA Steps To Succe$$ Competition allows the youth to showcase the skills they have learned and the accomplishments they have made throughout the program year in addition to being exposed to a post secondary institution.

Provide relevant experiences through interactive learning and competition in preparation for the workforce.
OBJECTIVE
Identify & Address skill gaps of today’s youth.
Provide education and employment opportunities.
Support activities that focus on overcoming youth barriers.
