The Bluegrass Workforce Investment Act Youth Program Serves Low Income, At Risk Youth between the Ages of 16-21.
The purpose of the Youth Program is to provide Year-Round Accessible Services linking Businesses, Vocational Training, Post-Secondary Institutions, Faith and Community Based Organizations, Chambers of Commerce, and Industrial Programs that are ready and willing to provide Educational and Employment Assistance.
