MCBEP

From it’s inception in 2005, the Madison County Business and Education Partnership (MCBEP) has grown through dedication, hard work, a desire to help, and a call to duty. Our Program Leaders provide these Young Adults a positive and encouraging environment in which to learn new and valuable skills with an emphasis on Mentoring Programs.

Funded by a grant from the Bluegrass Area Development District and under the leadership of Youth Director Raymond Ross and Executive Assistant Kati Lippman, the MCBEP Program assists Youth With Barriers ages 16 – 18 in the Madison County Community and work extensively to prepare them for the Workforce.

MCBEP begins this process by assisting it’s Participants in obtaining their GED and also offers each Participant the opportunity to take part in Classes, Tutoring, and Workshops which focus on Job Readiness Skills such as Interviewing Skills and Dressing For Success.

It is our hope that we can and will provide these Youth the Skills necessary to effectively market themselves in Today’s Workforce.

Open Enrollment for this Program is July 1, 2008 through September 30, 2008.
