Sometimes there are specific training programs that your organization requires in order to advance to the next level of efficiency or competition. Customized Training is a service provided by the Job Centers to enable businesses to obtain the training they need to soar.

The process is relatively simple:

We determine whether your existing workers or potential hires are eligible for one of several customized training grants.
A training plan is developed with you, tailored to your business.
We pay up to half the costs and you get a skilled, productive workforce trained in precisely the way that you require.

Customized Training is one of the best methods for training a group of employees in a cost-effective way. There is no limit to the kinds of training we can assist with, so contact your local Central Kentucky Job Center to take your business to the next level. (Link to CKJC Locations)
